What is Kaushalam?

Kaushalam is a skill set training that teaches the what and how of starting, managing and successfully running an Ayurvedic clinic.

Who should enroll for this training?

Recent BAMS graduates or Ayurveda practitioners who have a complete theoretical background for the various treatment protocols and have completed some certified Ayurveda course.

Who are the trainers?

Dr.Yadun MR and Dr.Vaisakh MR are the directors of Panackal Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd., a registered firm successfully running Dr.Ramchandra’s Panackal Ayurveda Clinic in Varkala, Kerala.

Dr.Yadun is a general physician, currently also pursuing his Masters degree in Pancakarma. A true entrepreneur at heart, he started with RPAC in Varkala and brought about new, unique ways of treatment protocols. Even in a highly competitive, tourist driven market of Varkala, RPAC has acquired a unique and reliable name through its systematic, result driven and unique set of treatment protocols that have come highly recommended by many.

Dr.Vaisakh is a Surgeon after having completed his postgraduate in Salyatantra chikitsa. While also working as Assistant Prof. with the govt. Ayurveda College in Varkala, Dr.Vaisakh is skilled surgeon managing several patients of fistula, fissure, piles, polyps through his state of the art skillful para-surgical procedures.

Dr.Shameen is the youngest doctor amongst us who specializes in Pancakarma treatments and is a passionate computer programmer as well. Shameen will teach the intricacies of taking a detailed case-history and the primary assessment that goes a long way in deciding the most befitting treatment protocol.

What do you take home after the training?

The training intends to nurture the entrepreneurial spirit and setting the path to budding entrepreneurs so as to facilitate the running of successful ventures. Apart from lifelong mentorship and friendship, the training shall give some real hands-on experience with regards to the skill set required for therapy, the aptitude needed for management of the place, the knowledge about how to go about doing things from scratch and the know-how about how to tell the world about yourself.

How much will it cost?

Well considering that the knowledge we have gathered after all these years of struggle and hard-work is being served to you on a silver platter, you will only be paying a peanut sum of 10,000/- for 7 days (yes – all inclusive!!).

So where is this perfect event taking place and when, you ask?

At a picturesque location of the sea-side from the cliff, the training will take place on our home turf RPAC @ Puccini lala eco-resorts in Varkala.
